Fit & Fierce


This full-body program will help to build strength, improve muscle and cardiovascular endurance, tone, and of course, burn stubborn fat primarily using your body weight. Over the next 4 weeks, you will work hard, completing four workouts a week. These workouts are designed to push your body to its limits, while you grow stronger both mentally and physically, with every bead of sweat. So let’s get started, I look forward to getting FIT with you!

Fierce & Fearless


The Fierce & Fearless program primarily incorporates weight training to improve strength, build lean muscle, and shred stubborn fat. This program contains both gym and home-based options to achieve your fitness goals. If completing this program at home, strength training equipment/accessories (dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.) are required.
