Hello, I’m Davitta also known as Vitta Rae. I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Oh Baby! pre/postnatal Specialist. I’m also a wife and mommy to a beautiful baby girl. My love for fitness and nutrition began with my own journey to improve myself both physically and mentally.

4-WEEK FULL BODY PROGRAM (HOME)

 

This program is designed with convenience in mind, as the entire program can be completed in the comfort of your own home. Most of the work-outs include body weight exercises, however a pair of light to moderate weight dumbbells, resistance bands, and/or ankle weights are recommended for optimal results.

8-WEEK PROGRAM (HOME/GYM)

 

This program primarily incorporates weight training to improve strength, build lean muscle, and shred stubborn fat. This program contains both gym and home-based options to achieve your fitness goals. If completing this program at home, strength training equipment/accessories (dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.) are required.

My mission is to motivate you to be Fit, Fierce, Ferocious and Fearless in everything you do. You have all the power to be the best that you can be and love yourself while doing it.
