4-Week Program (Home)

This full-body program will help to build strength, improve muscle and cardiovascular endurance, tone, and of course, burn stubborn fat primarily using your body weight. Over the next 4 weeks, you will work hard, completing four workouts a week. These workouts are designed to push your body to its limits, while you grow stronger both
mentally and physically, with every bead of sweat.

This program is designed with convenience in mind, as the entire program can be completed in the comfort of your own home. All of the workouts include body weight exercises, however a pair of light to moderate weight dumbbells, resistance bands,and/or ankle weights are recommended for optimal results. So let’s get started, I look forward to getting FIT with you!

The Program Includes:

Equipment Needed:

  • Pair of light weight dumbbells (5-10 lbs)

  • Loop Resistance Bands or Glute Band

  • Ankle Weights
